Current Volunteer Opportunities (Unpaid Positions)
Gift Shops needed for More than 1 year
Opportunity Description: The Auxiliary’s gift shops are its largest fundraising project. Primarily through the proceeds of the shops, a $2 million pledge to purchase digital mammography equipment is underway. With the help of gift shop volunteers, past projects have funded St. John’s Wayfinding hospital information centers, building expansion and new technology for the health system. If you like people, love to check out new merchandise and can handle a cash register, the gift shop may be a place for you. Volunteers are needed seven days a week in four-hour shifts. The St. John Medical Center gift shop is open from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and on the weekends from noon to 4 p.m. We also have opportunities at the St. John Owasso Gift Shop.
